Although it is not compulsory to engage in every activity, we strongly suggest that you do so to make the most of your stay. Each day has allocated intervals of leisure, enabling you to have some time to yourself.
Our recommendation is for you to prioritize comfort when choosing your attire. While there will be no formal dinners during the Retreat since we’ll be present on the property, it is a resort after all, so you might want to consider dressing slightly better for dinner. We will have yoga classes every day, and we suggest you arrive with loose-fitting, comfortable clothes for those classes. It’s also a good idea to wear comfortable shoes since you’ll be strolling around the beautiful property during the day. Lastly, don’t forget to bring a jacket so you can bask in the stars by the fire pit at night.

If you are traveling alone, you can have the luxury suite all to yourself. However, if you are with someone, we can provide you with the option of having one or two double/twin bedrooms in the suite depending on availability.

Our health fitness and wellness teams focus on providing personal attention to our guests, which is why we limit our groups to a maximum of 18 people. Additionally, our team members are available for private sessions outside of group activities to cater to any personal improvement or home plan requirements.

Most of our guests prefer to travel alone, so you can be assured of having company. As a result, we don’t charge extra fees for single travelers and we make sure that our guests don’t have to share their accommodations with unfamiliar people.
